I'm a corporate, commercial, and litigation (both civil and criminal) lawyer with over five years of experience across Pakistan's superior courts, regulatory forums, tribunals and lower courts. Before founding my own practice, I trained and litigated before the High Court of Sindh, District Courts, Tribunals, Ombudsmen, NIRC, Labour Courts, SESSI, and SECP, handling matters spanning contract law, banking, civil litigation, family law, labour laws, criminal law, constitutional law, property, insurance, defamation, real estate, and oil & gas and energy regulatory law (NEPRA, PEMRA, DRAP). I trained under Senior Advocate Supreme Court and former Attorney General of Pakistan, Mr. Anwar Mansoor Khan. I also gained extensive civil litigation and criminal litigation experience at Mohsin Tayebally and Co (MTC). On the corporate and commercial side, I've advised organisations on complex EPC contracts, finance facility documentation, shareholder and partnership agreements, corporate governance, SECP compliance, and board support, negotiating high-value agreements with international counterparties and delivering strategic legal opinions to boards and executive teams. I founded my practice to give businesses and individuals alike, from emerging enterprises and established corporates to private clients, precise and commercially grounded legal counsel, without the overhead of a large firm.
